Medicaid Limits is an independent reference site. We publish Medicaid and Medicare Savings Program income limits, asset limits and eligibility rules for all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Every figure on this site is derived from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services poverty guidelines (published each January in the Federal Register) and the eligibility standards published by each state Medicaid agency. When a state changes a limit, we update the affected pages and show the date at the top of each page.

We are not a government agency and we do not process applications. To apply, use the official state link shown on each page.
